Mandala Workshops

People around the world have been drawing Mandalas for centuries. World famous Psychologist Carl Jung have used Mandalas successfully to treat his patients as well as to heal himself.

 
 
 

Mandalas is also a therapeutic art form and fun to do. Create your own mandala in this hands-on workshop. Explore your subconscious and find out what hidden messages are there for you. Gain a deeper understanding of yourself and greater confidence in your self expression through this sacred art form.

Workshops are held once a month on a weekend afternoon. At the end of the workshop, you will have your own Mandala to keep and take home. Drawing materials such as paper, felt pens and colour pencils will be provided, however, you may bring your own if you wish.
